Overview

Owatrol Primall is a quick drying primer to be used when priming difficult surfaces or blocking of unknown stains. Capable of hiding stains caused by water, fire and smoke damage, food, felt pens and more. When applied to porous surfaces, Primall effectively stabilises the surface, preventing any shadowing on the final coat. On smooth surfaces, Primall is ready to use without requiring sanding. Additionally, it can be applied over lightly rusted surfaces, acting as an anti-corrosion primer.

Recommended Use	Stained or difficult porous & non-porous interior surfaces. Only use on exterior surfaces if sheltered by roofing
Coverage	Up to 10m2 per litre
Drying Time	1 Hour
Re-Coat Time	Porous surfaces: 1 Hour Non-porous: 2 Hours
Recommended Coats	1-2 Coats
Application Method	Brush, Roller, Airless Spray
Clean Up	Remove as much product as possible from the equipment before cleaning with white spirit

Preparation

Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of all dust, grease, oil, wax, excessive chalky material and other surface contamination, which may affect adhesion.
Remove all loose and flaking material back to a sound surface by sanding and scraping. Wash surface with Soapclean or another suitable cleaning agent, not washing-up detergent.
Treat and remove any mould with a suitable mould killer.

Application

Use as is. Do not dilute.
Stir well before and during use.
Apply 1 or 2 coats of Primall – coverage will vary depending on application method, type, texture, age and porosity of the surface.
